Grenada (CARICOM)- The Canada/ CARICOM Mission of the African Continent Kingdoms Federation here states that the Federation Head Her Imperial Majesty H.I.M Empress Shebah 'Ra Queen Shebah III would like to register her discontent and make it abundantly clear that the African Imperial throne condemns "to the highest order the wicked, uneducated, historically misdirected Haitian Consul General's statement (Consul General to Brazil George Samuel Antoine that was recorded stating that Haitian and all Africans are cursed).

Immediately following the emergence of the video showing his statements on Youtube.com, Her Imperial Majesty responded on the Federation twitter site to the Consul General's statements:

6:31 AM Jan 21st from web; Africa Empress says Hell NO.. Mr. Ambassador! ' This cursed BLACK Empress reply to YOU Mr. Ambassador ..... You are a FOOL! My People wake-up after the disgusting .. and ignorant comment of the Haitian Ambassador, the question of why the deplorable underdevelopment status of Haiti is answered, as to that of the state of many of our Nations, and this time answered by one of government, how dare you!

Africa and all Black Nations so to all Nations Humanity is ONE: Charity and Nation Building, begins with the education of those we chose to represent us, and it is critical to the very survival of our People and our future, a FUTURE that IS in our hands and under our authority as a People to decide, to address, to change, and to succeed in that....

I condemn to the highest order the wicked, uneducated, historically misdirected Haitian Ambassador we are cursed indeed if we allow such misguided parties, that has dishonoured his post, and ALL Ambassadors and those of the Diplomatic Corp by that far to long allowed by US disrespect to ourselves as humans black or white, stop racism.

On my knees I thank all people of all the Nations that are helping Haiti, and if we are indeed granted with the Powers to Curse anyone Mr. Ambassador,  I,  THE EMPRESS and Matriarch of the Nubian-Kushite Thrones of the Nubian Nations the People you call cursed,  MY PEOPLE.. , I wish you well in the deepest abyss of hell where I condemn YOU too, on behalf of my Suffering People and all working to help them ...... from all Nation and all Creeds Ambassador, and all that take offence at such callous, wicked and evil of comments and intent for a people.

Mr. Ambassador... You are a Fool, and by your OWN wickedness's condemned yourself before Humanity. To all LET IT BE KNOWN!  This is an insult of the highest order to the Haitian people in torment during this catastrophic time, and the entire Black/African Nations/Race and all people of whatever blessed complexion of skin, of every creed and race that are participating in the efforts to help the suffering Haitian people. Consul General Antoine, all people of character and self respect, we the African and those born of our continent referred to as Black people, Black nations, countries, islands the entire family as so classified by the 'one drop laws', the entire Pan-African community do not take lightly your remark especially during such a tragedy." ...more  

What is even more appalling is the intent of the ambassador to capitalize on the crisis and his aim of cashing in and gaining publicity for the pain and suffering of our people in their current horrendous condition. He stated that the crisis is beneficial to him in that it brings attention to his Consulate. What a heartless human being!

The African Continent Kingdoms Federation stands firmly with the statements made by Her Imperial Majesty as it relates to this matter as we will not sit by idly and allow such unintelligent statements to be swept under the carpet and act as if it is acceptable. That sort of mindset is dangerous to humanity as a whole as it promotes intolerance, hatred and is backward given the current situation faced by our people in the Republic of Haiti.

In closing, Her Imperial Majesty would like to thank all those who are helping in the effort to bring some solace to the people of Haiti. Please continue to help our sisters and brothers in their time of need. The negative and heartless intent and statements of/from persons such as Consul General George Samuel Antoine will NEVER daunt the spirit of our Nubian people around the globe and gave the following call to the world.

' Our People, ALL Peoples, for the love of all that is right, stop talking about what was, and let us change that what is and build Africa and the Pan-African Family Nations as a united people. For it this is the representation of our people, all of us are doomed because humans are creatures of habits and copy-cats it is not a question of is such things happening, it is, support the Pan-African and African Unification of all our People.

Mr.Ambassador POVERTY is not a Crime, it is a reversable economical Condition, remove the economical conditions that fuels Poverty and it shall be cured!  The only curse Mr. Ambassador is that of the one applied to Africa and verbalised by your ignorance, and poverty Mr. Ambassador. A stable and prosperous Nation is not a curse but a blessing, to all. A stable and Prosperous 54 African Nations is not a curse it too is a great blessing of an additional over 1,1 Billion People on the Global Market. A Stable and prosperous Pan-African Nation Bloc is not a curse it is a blessing and a return to many back to Africa and/or their respective Pan-African Global Nation home it is not a curse but a now over 1.5 Billion Population Market and an ease on host Nations Economy, by our returning migrants and returning family members of the Pan-African Nations Diaspora who has the right and option to return to their Mother Land, Africa.

Such disaster is a terror to us all and more so for we know plus 80% of the Nations of our people are in an equally infrastructural weak state, it is a matter of time, please let us come together now, support all the NGOs on ground in Haiti, and support all the activities for Africa and the Caricom.

With a collective population globally of over 1.5 Billion we have a responsibility. Stop blaming the world for all our woes, as long as we are fighting, WE are standing still. As long as we need time and time again the need to accommodate all the new revelations of truths of our past, we are being distracted from the realities' and opportunities of this here present, as long as we nurture the need to point blame we are repeating a pattern of stagnation of progress as a people. All that we need to change ourselves and fortune is right before us, look in the mirror, technology and communication sharing has opened up all the avenues to allow us all the possibilities and opportunities to realise that change. Stop blaming the past that we have not lived and work on this, for this is OUR time.

H.E. President J.J. Rawlings on the road to victory... Mr. Ambassador, this African Queen reiterates the call of my brothers and Fathers .... 'Forward Ever, Backward Never!'

In Africa, in 1962 our freed nations formed the Organisation of African Unity, in 1976 the ECOWAS. In 1980 a resilient freedom-fighter and future President fought for the freedom of the then last great African Nation under colonial power His Excellency President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe. In the spirit of the great North-African Leader Omar Mukhtar who fought for liberation of his people, in 1999 another strong African leader our North-African brother Libyan Leader Muammar Qaddafi call in echo of visionaries past and present to Unite Africa, and never looked back, the African Union formation was that first step, to Africa's economical liberation from poverty. The second should not be simply a unite African Continent but a united Pan-African Nations bloc with Caricom Nations and Pacific Nations and internal organisation and which includes the African Kingdoms and Tribes as owners of the lands, and to work towards a Pan-African Market. And yet today, our leadership shows vision and compassion as another great African leader His Excellency President Abdoulaye Wade of Senegal who called to support Haitians by Africa with the possibility of forming a new African state. That is Pan-African unified vision.

Mr. President, I salute you, and pray that such an opportunity be kept open as a possibility for the million of the diaspora that desire to return or migrate to Africa, Mr. President, as we say in our beloved Africa 'more grease to your elbow' you are an example of African progressive enlightenment, compassion, leadership vision and humanity!

Her Majesty further stated ' Mr. Ambassador by your statement you have disrespected the very memory of the great souls sons of Africa that liberated Haiti in its past history and supported the liberation of its colonised neighbours, men and women of vision, strength of purpose and character, far to many for this reply to you. Take a note from that Mr. Ambassador, for your insult has touch us to the core of our humanity and you have stepped on my heart when you stepped on my people, creed and Race.

You called us cursed, Mr. Ambassador,  we are indeed cursed, if we allow the continuation of the yoke of discrimination and oppression  upon us for anyone's pleasure based on the colour of our skin, and the economical condition called poverty Mr. Ambassador. It seems to be an ailment in most of our global Nations of plenty, which for all intent and purpose, forms the so-called 'Third World Nations. There was NO such universal utter poverty in its present form EVER in Africa's, nor in fact, in any of the so-called 'Third World Nations' collective past history on such a universal-scale of human suffering, as we see today. 

Take as well a lesson from this Our People. Take hold of our present and future, stop the blaming and start the changing, for if we yet procrastinate, we are by our passivity to our suffering and eco-political isolations and weakness, not changing anything, and have failed in this generation as a Nation, this utter disrespect to us as humans is the answer to the why of that fact and the immediate need for that change.

Let us in that stead work together, and with all Nations of good stead, to change it. Starting by uniting Africa as a Continental Nation of its respective internal independent Nation States formed by the respective 54 Nations Governments in its totally, for if indeed we are suffering and that suffering has a pattern, and that is assumed to be known, why repeat the pattern of the expected action and response as of a Nation? Change it. Stand tall as a Nation united, for we are. Now let us structure it, for as long as we stand divided and weakened in our Continent, Nations and Islands of plenty, we stand weak. And such is the disrespect that will be otherwise directed to us, for we have become mendicants in our House of Plenty.

The world is not responsible for us we are not orphans nor wards, we are a strong and mighty people of character of history, of legacy, a civilisation of old.

Do Something!, Develop our Nations wherever it may be, and do not lose focus of that, that is a cycle like a pray, do not break, it is costing us the lives of our people in catastrophic forms and will continue, it is call division, and regardless of who has what to say, never give up, do not look back, to coin from great African Leader this is indeed the time of forward ever, backward Never.

Her Majesty in closing stated ' Mr. Ambassador by your statement you have disrespected the very memory of the great souls sons and daughters of Africa that liberated Haiti in its past history and supported the liberation of its colonised neighbours. As well as all of our People of the Caricom, and our great Caricom leaders and men of vision such as the unforgettable Prime Eric William, George Padmore, Marcus Garvey, and your neighbours within North America from the African American-African community and civil rights movement, men and women of vision, strength of purpose, compassion and character, that you have disrespected.
